Late returns incur additional daily charges. If you're delayed due to weather or road conditions, contact us immediately - we're understanding Iceland's unpredictable conditions.
Our store processes payments securely through Teya Services. When you proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to their trusted payment page to complete your purchase.
On the Teya Services payment page, you can choose from a variety of payment options, including all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay for a fast and convenient checkout experience.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations made on the scheduled pick-up day or any time thereafter are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for unused days. However, you can return the gear earlier.
Yes, a small refundable deposit may apply, depending on the gear rented. It’s held securely and refunded within 1 business day after we inspect the returned items.
